How Height helped
Height helps Traffica to prepare winning bids for key contracts with Auckland Transport and other clients. Taking the lead on developing the attribute response for each bid, Height provides end-to-end support including win theme development, strategy and methodology support, assistance with technical writing and continuously improving the quality and content of submissions as the company grows.
Results
Height helped this Pasifika-owned business win its first maintenance contract with Auckland Transport. The contract is over three years with a two-year extension available. Maintenance contracts are important for businesses like Traffica as they provide a regular base income to support sustainable business growth.
Since then, with support from Height’s bid team, Traffica has secured a second similar maintenance contract, has successfully joined several Auckland Transport Physical Works Panels and has tendered for, won and delivered multiple construction and upgrade contracts for Auckland Transport including Mangere West Cycling Improvements.
