Whitney is a Senior Bid Writer with seven years’ experience developing compelling non-price submissions for complex infrastructure, logistics, professional services, and contractor-led tenders across Australia and New Zealand.

She is skilled at working closely with client teams and subject matter experts to uncover key drivers, analyse the competitive landscape, and translate technical information into clear, persuasive submissions. Whitney brings an analytical and strategic mindset to every pursuit, helping clients articulate a differentiated “why us” and align their responses to evaluation criteria, client priorities, and commercial objectives.

Whitney is part of Height’s Australian-based bid team. Before joining Height, she held bid roles with Qube Ports, TSA Riley, Robert Bird Group and Brian Perry Civil contributing to bids ranging from AUD$100k to $500m+. Her experience spans vertical and horizontal infrastructure, ports and marine, logistics, energy, oil and gas, education, health, local government, transport, and not-for-profit sectors.

Outside her paid work, Whitney volunteers as Co-Chair and Grant Writer for Women in Trades NZ, where she leads funding strategy and stakeholder engagement to support events that connect schools, communities, and employers with trade career pathways.

In her spare time, Whitney loves exploring the beaches of New South Wales and taking road trips with her partner and son.
