Whitney is a Senior Bid Writer within our Australian team. She brings seven years’ experience developing compelling non-price submissions for complex infrastructure, logistics, professional services, and contractor-led tenders across Australia and New Zealand.
Whitney is skilled at working closely with client teams and subject matter experts to uncover the client's key drivers, analyse the competitive landscape, and translate technical information into clear, persuasive submissions. She brings an analytical and strategic mindset to every pursuit, helping bidding teams articulate a differentiated 'why us' and align their response to evaluation criteria, client priorities, and commercial objectives.
Before joining Height, she held bid roles at Qube Ports (ASX: QUB), TSA Riley, Robert Bird Group and Brian Perry Civil (Fletcher), contributing to bids ranging from AUD$100k to over $500 million. Her experience spans vertical and horizontal infrastructure, ports and marine, logistics, energy, oil and gas, education, health, local government, transport, and not-for-profit sectors.
Keen to give back to the profession and draw new talent into the wider infrastructure sector, Whitney is also APMP ANZ's Webinar Lead and supports Women in Trades NZ, leading funding strategy and stakeholder engagement to connect schools, communities, and employers with trade career pathways.
In her spare time, she loves exploring the beaches of New South Wales and taking road trips with her partner and son.
