Steve is our Management Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. His career spans legal services, training and programme delivery, construction, fast-moving consumer goods, and early childhood education, giving him a practical understanding of how strong financial information supports sound decision-making across different operating environments.
At Height, Steve provides clear and timely financial performance insights to support the leadership team. He leads financial modelling, monthly management accounts, cost reporting and forecasting, provides high-quality financial analysis, and helps maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Steve brings a detail-focused and relationship-led approach to the role, ensuring financial information is accurate, useful, and connected to the decisions that shape business performance.
Outside work, Steve enjoys running, kayaking and watching his kids play sport.
