We’re rapt to welcome Robyn (Brassel) Smith as the stellar new leader for our trans-Tasman Bid Team.
Robyn brings over 15 years’ experience leading high-performing bid teams across Aotearoa and Australia and has a strong track record of helping organisations achieve commercial success.
Robyn is a key player on the Height leadership team. She was drawn to work at Height to support a variety of clients in different sectors. Robyn loves the challenge of helping businesses become more strategic and deliberate about the opportunities they pursue, clearly identifying their unique point of difference so they can stand out in a crowded market.
Most recently, Robyn was the Head of Business Development at Jasmax, where she built a successful business development team and led bids for significant vertical build projects across New Zealand and Australia. Robyn also played a key role in the firm's Australian growth strategy, as it expanded into Sydney and Melbourne. Before this, she held senior roles at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, and Beca, where she led business development across Australia and New Zealand for over a decade.
Robyn’s construction and infrastructure background, exceptional leadership, and trans-Tasman experience make her a great fit for our Bidding Principal role.
