I am passionate about leading our Height team to ‘tame the chaos’ of the bidding world for our clients. For me, it’s a privilege to build the rapport and trust needed to transform a client’s growth trajectory, helping them work smarter, play to their strengths, and ultimately celebrate the success of a hard-won contract.

Robyn is a bid leader with over 15 years’ experience leading high-performing bid teams across Aotearoa and Australia.
She is an experienced business development professional with a strong track record of developing innovative client engagement strategies and helping organisations achieve commercial success.
Robyn leads Height’s Trans-Tasman Bid Team and is a key player on our leadership team. She was drawn to work at Height to support a variety of clients in different sectors. Robyn loves the challenge of helping businesses become more strategic and deliberate about the opportunities they pursue, clearly identifying their unique point of difference so they can stand out in a crowded market.
Before joining Height, Robyn was the Head of Business Development at Jasmax, a trans-Tasman architecture practice. During her time there, she established effective client engagement and bidding functions while building a successful business development team. Robyn also played a key role in the firm's Australian growth strategy, as it expanded into Sydney and Melbourne. She led several successful bids, including MPI’s Plant Health and Food Facility and Health New Zealand’s Northland Radiotherapy and Oncology Centre. She also led the winning tender for Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s refurbishment of the Bruce Mason Theatre in Takapuna.
Before this, Robyn held senior roles at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and Beca, where she led business development across Australia and New Zealand for over a decade.
A positive and empathetic leader, Robyn’s known for her tenacity, drive, attention to detail, and for looking beyond the immediate opportunity to what lies ahead for a client.
Outside her mahi, Robyn leads a full life with her husband, three active boys, and two dogs. Their weekends are a happy blur of sporting sidelines and the usual chaos that comes with a busy household. When she isn't on the go with her family, she loves discovering new restaurants with friends and keeping fit.
