Lisha is a purpose-driven project manager with a background in government impact investment, and waste management across government and consulting. She has seven years of experience delivering government infrastructure initiatives, focusing on impact, value, and collaboration.
Previously at the Ministry for the Environment, Lisha supported the administration of Waste Minimisation and Plastics Innovation Funds, delivering the circular economy and sustainable infrastructure project. She also worked at an environmental consulting firm, advising private organisations and the government on circular economy initiatives.
At Height, Lisha leads and supports a range of government Section 17A review, contract management and organisation review projects. With a strong belief in the power of influence, authenticity, and continuous learning, she enjoys mentoring and supporting young professionals - especially women - to pursue meaningful careers in technical and non-traditional industries.
Outside her mahi, Lisha enjoys cooking Chinese food and staying active with Pilates.
