I am passionate about supporting purpose-led organisations that are working to provide solutions to the key issues facing Aotearoa. It’s a pleasure to support the Height team to strengthen and grow its important mahi in New Zealand and Australia.

Geof is a highly experienced professional with broad governance exposure spanning a range of sectors – from large entities such as PwC, to fast-growing AI start-ups and universities.
Geof chairs Height’s Advisory Board supporting the CEO and senior team and providing governance to the business as it pursues its growth ambitions in New Zealand and Australia.
Geof brings decades of experience in professional services leadership, having been a partner at PwC New Zealand and other large advisory firms. His commercial experience, tax policy expertise, engagement and communication skills have been recognised by successive Governments, with appointments to two tax working groups and an Inland Revenue transformation advisory group.
Geof is committed to the success of purpose-led organisations, public or private, that are providing solutions to the important issues for Aotearoa. He contributes deep commercial experience to governance, strong financial skills and sound knowledge of risk management and financial reporting. He has a proven track record of successful leadership of people and change, delivering growth, and a developing knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Outside of his governance mahi, Geof can be found enjoying Aotearoa’s outdoors – cycling, tramping, sea kayaking and gathering kaimoana to cook on an open fire. He also loves to travel with his wife.
