Dave is a business development professional with 20 years of experience, including pursuit and bid management, contract implementation, account management, client strategy development, sales process development and training.
His experience spans defence, government, industrial, utilities, energy transition, transport, infrastructure and digital sectors throughout Australia.
Dave leads Height’s Australian team, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, supporting clients to win more work. His client-focused approach, combined with strong leadership, enables the Australian team to deliver exceptional results.
Before joining Height, Dave was an Associate Director of MBB Group in Sydney, where he led pursuit and bid management for numerous winning tenders with a capital value up to AUD$13 billion. He also spent four years with New Zealand company Beca in Sydney.
A Kiwi, Dave moved to Sydney as a teenager and still considers New Zealand his second home. He’s rapt to have the opportunity to work for a New Zealand company growing its footprint in Australia and was attracted to Height for its culture and its passion for social procurement.
Outside his mahi, Dave enjoys watching and playing sport (he supports the All Blacks), playing with his chaotic cavoodle, dining out and spending time with his whānau.
