Anne-Marie has a strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement, project management and bidding. She enjoys leading initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, organisations and communities.
She has worked across public and private sector organisations in the energy, health, banking, education and local government sectors. Anne-Marie has extensive experience engaging with Māori and Pasifika communities and embedding te ao Māori principles within organisational practice.
Before joining Height, Anne-Marie worked on the client side of the bidding process, writing and assessing tender documents to fund research projects in the construction and infrastructure sectors. This experience gives her valuable insight as a bid writer, enabling her to consider opportunities from multiple perspectives.
Anne-Marie is part of Height’s Auckland-based Bid Team. She was drawn to Height after assessing and awarding a successful bid prepared by the team, and was impressed by the people, the quality of the work, and the opportunity to support a diverse range of clients.
Known for her warm and enthusiastic communication style, Anne-Marie brings great energy to the Height whānau. Outside her mahi, she enjoys tackling jigsaw puzzles, reading true crime novels and supporting her son from the sidelines of weekend sport.
