Warner founded Height in 2013, after spotting that businesses needed support to win and deliver world-class projects in the complex infrastructure space. In Height, he has created that solution – and formed a values-based company with integrity to the client, and the community, at its core.
With over 20 years of contract, procurement, operational and project management experience, Warner brings commercial clout and business acumen to solving problems. He leverages his diverse New Zealand and international (Asia Pacific and Europe) corporate experience from such roles as the Downer National Water Operations and Maintenance Manager ($40 million per annum), Senior Business Development Manager ($1 billion in new business), Major Capital Works Project Manager ($110 million), Royal New Zealand Air Force Officer and UN Peacekeeper.
Warner has extensive experience in reviewing and developing clear business strategies, planning and implementing organisational change and improving operational performance. He is familiar with the full range of procurement professional services and contract delivery mechanisms, and has developed solutions to improve operational productivity, cost efficiency and to implement sustainable outcomes.
Warner is a competent and experienced workshop and training facilitator, focusing on business improvement and bid management, with strong skills in Tikanga Māori and Iwi facilitation. Outside work, he is an aviation buff and keen plane spotter.
