Sophie is a Project Manager in the Procurement team. She joined Height as a graduate in 2020 after completing a conjoint degree in Law and Psychology, with a minor in Philosophy, at the Victoria University of Wellington.
Sophie has been involved in a range of projects and workshops for KiwiRail, the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), Kāinga Ora, and Auckland Council. Her work has included the development of business cases and performance management framework (KPIs), including implementation support and bespoke workshops. Her strong market research skills and knowledge of contract, risk and quality control have added significant value to our clients’ procurement processes and contracts.
Outside of work, Sophie balances her enthusiasm for the Auckland food scene with regular reformer pilates sessions.
