Sophie is a Senior Project Manager in Height’s Commercial and Contracts Delivery team. Since joining Height as a graduate in 2020, Sophie has developed extensive experience delivering procurement, commercial and contract services for infrastructure and public sector clients.
Sophie specialises in procurement strategy, commercial and risk review, contract development, tender management and negotiations. She has managed and supported complex procurement processes, including the development of procurement documentation, evaluation frameworks, performance management frameworks (KPIs), tender evaluations and negotiations. Her understanding of commercial and contractual risk supports clients in making informed decisions and achieving effective procurement outcomes.
Drawing on her Bachelor of Laws and experience working across complex infrastructure projects, Sophie combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of risk, helping clients to navigate complex commercial decisions and achieve successful project outcomes.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys exploring Melbourne’s food scene and maintaining an active lifestyle through reformer Pilates.
