Liz has over 15 years of senior management experience working for some of the world’s leading corporate entities such as Ernst Young, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered Bank.
She is a respected and recognised human resource practitioner and organisational designer.
As people are the enablers of any business, Liz uses her skills to help develop practical and business aligned policies and systems aimed at developing and managing staff performance. She is experienced in building and implementing HR policies and good employer principles, in line with New Zealand law. Liz also has practical experience handling a wide array of human resource issues including performance management, coaching, disciplinary cases, policy and legislative advice.
In addition, Liz has provided support to learning and development and recruitment teams, facilitated staff induction workshops and provided in-house capacity training workshops to staff.
Liz has a Masters in Management, a PGDip in Business and Administration, and a BA.
She is a busy mum who loves sport and fitness.
