Laura is a highly experienced social and environmental outcomes practitioner. Joining Height in 2021, Laura has a varied background which includes logistics and aeronautical procurement from her time with the Royal New Zealand Airforce, and outcomes measurement design with the Ākina Foundation working with social enterprises, corporates, and government to understand and measure their desired outcomes.

She has strong communication skills and expertise in successfully delivering projects which involve stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, both strategic and operational action plan development, high-impact collateral creation, and coaching on material delivered. She is a motivated professional who is passionate about supporting Height's clients to achieve great results.

Laura has a Bachelor of Commerce endorsed in Accounting, a Master of Engineering Management and a Level 4 Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. She is a Mum to Frankie, loves yoga and adventures in the outdoors.
