Isobelle (Izzy) brings a decade of expertise in project and programme management across health infrastructure, waste minimisation, primary industries and regional economic development.
Izzy has significant experience in facilities asset management and construction, paired with strong research and analytical skills. She has worked on a range of projects with individual investment values up to $1.6 billion.
Her background includes major capital investment proposals, business case development and writing high-quality, evidence-based governance assurance advice. She excels at synthesising complex information into pragmatic advice for compelling proposals and business cases, helping clients to identify their value proposition and maximise their success potential.
Keeping the needs of the customer front-of-mind is key to Izzy’s work. Her client focused approach emphasises collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver bespoke solutions and ensure successful partnerships at all levels. She is known for her ability to manage trade-offs, identify emerging opportunities and challenge assumptions, all while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
Izzy holds degrees in Public Policy, Political Science, and Criminology, along with qualifications in writing, editing, Sustainable Finance, and Agile Project Management.
In her free time she enjoys exploring Sydney and its beaches, having recently moved from Wellington it’s a refreshing change!
