Chris is a motivated project manager who joined the Height whānau in 2023. He spent 14 years’ with the New Zealand Defence Force prior to joining Height in operational, management, and engineering roles. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), is a Registered Electrician and enjoys applying his analytical and critical thinking skills to technical projects.
Chris has had the opportunity to work in numerous roles, gaining experience in both hands-on engineering and management which has equipped him with a holistic understanding, combining technical expertise with managerial and organisational skills. In 2017, Chris was awarded the Sailor of the Year. This role saw him represent the NZDF on the National and International stage engaging with industry partners and building on international relationships. Through this role, Chris provided a strategic link between Senior Leadership and the Sailors, utilising his leadership, communication and relationship building skills.
Chris has strong project management skills and expertise in strategy development which supports a streamlined experience and superior outcomes for clients. He is an excellent communicator with a genuine interest in helping his clients to achieve the best outcomes. Chris’s natural enthusiasm and passion for excellence adds value to every project he works on.
