A competent and tech savvy business manager, Pallavi brings over two decades of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve their optimum productivity. She is results oriented, data-driven, collaborative and committed to quality and excellence – traits that make her perfectly placed to rally the troops as Height’s Business Manager.
Beginning her career as an IT Programmer, Pallavi found her groove in business management. She is passionate about supporting businesses with operations, process development, change management, business performance reporting and data analysis.
Her extensive experience in training and onboarding teams with new products and services has been invaluable to improving Height’s internal processes. At Height, Pallavi has embedded herself in process improvements, standardising reports, procuring IT desk support and enabling digitalisation.
Outside of work, Pallavi is an avid reader, a meditation guru and a mum to an active pre-teen boy.
