Height is an ambitious small business with big values.
Height was founded in 2013 by Warner Cowin. Warner is a Professional Chartered Civil Engineer and had been a Senior Construction and Business Manager at companies in the UK and internationally, including Downer, Electricity de France, Metronet.
Warner recognised the demand for independent project expertise in planning and managing large scale construction projects and complex bid, tender and procurement contracts in New Zealand and Australia.
The company now has a pool of 13 highly-qualified staff whose backgrounds include engineering, project management, business development, writing, communications and design. This breadth of talents from engineers to creatives means Height has varied skillsets and perspectives with which to tackle client problems.
For our clients this means total trust and no conflicts of interest. We never work for clients competing for the same work; nor would we ever support a client on a bid that we’ve designed the procurement process for.
Since our first year of operation we’ve commited to having a positive impact on the community. We established a now long-running sponsorship with KidsCan that year that helps keep schoolchildren in school lunches, raincoats and other essentials.
We work predominantly in the construction and infrastructure sectors, but we also support clients in other commercial and public sector organisations.
