Leah Marren

Leah has spent the majority of her career in the infrastructure sector, including Downer and Veolia. Most recently she was Strategy and Innovation Manager on Veolia New Zealand’s senior leadership team.

Since joining Height in 2017 Leah has thrived on the challenges we’ve thrown at her.

Leah has strong commercial acumen and is an expert in strategic problem-solving. Leah has the ability to quickly hone in on issues and opportunities and to work with customers to develop and crystalise their value proposition. With a keen interest in customer experience and customer centric design, she always ensures that the end customer is kept in mind. She also has an MBA from Auckland University Business School.

Leah is a real people person and enjoys meeting up with customers face to face to work collaboratively and efficiently. 

In her free time she is a globetrotting hiker, with the 800km Santiago de Compostela in Spain, Everest Base Camp and Mount Kilimanjaro hikes under her belt.
